Shipping Methods and Costs

Your ordered items will be delivered via courier service.
Courier Service
Deliveries will be made either directly to your doorstep or placed in a delivery box (when available).
Shipping Fee: Flat shipping fee of SGD2 for orders below SGD25, free for orders of SGD25 and above.
Delivery Time: Approximately 1-3 business days after shipment. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays and weekends.

Delivery Date Specification: Not available

International Shipping: Not available. Only limited within Singapore. 

 

Order Cancellations & Modifications 

Please kindly note that we do not accept order cancellations or modifications due to customer reasons after the order has been confirmed. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the items purchased from the umabi Singapore Online Store differ from your order or if the items are damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us via the Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery of the items. Please keep the pictures of the items at the time of the receipt. When we respond, we will provide you with the return address. If you contact us after 7 days from the date of delivery, we will not be able to accept your request.

For returns and exchanges, we will cover all shipping fees and charges.

Please kindly note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges from overseas.
